Getting around is easy- Our unit has a great, central location between some of the City's hottest neighborhoods. With a Walk Score of 95 it means your stay is very walkable to many local attractions including tourist sites, great bars and restaurants, the Delaware Riverfront area, and shopping! If you choose to explore by car, you can easily get to main highway onramps as well as other attractions in the City. Uber and Lyft are also easily available, or if you'd like to roll around by bike, feel free to rent Indego Bikes from various docking stations located throughout the City. Please see your welcome guide for locations closest to your stay!

IMPORTANT!!! -- We apologize, but due to recent events in the area involving parties, and with having the utmost respect for our neighbors and community, we are no longer able to accept bookings from local guests (those who live within 45 minutes of Philadelphia, have a Philadelphia based ID, or a Philadelphia Area zip code). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made by any local guest. It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. HOUSE RULES 1) Primary guest's minimum age should be 25 years old, or older. 2) No smoking inside the house of any kind. -$500 fine if detected. 3)WE REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT FOR OUR NEIGHBORS, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM LOCAL GUESTS (THOSE WHO LIVE WITHIN 45 MINUTES OF PHILADELPHIA OR HAVE A LOCAL AREA CODE, DUE TO ISSUES WITH PARTIES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL ANY RESERVATIONS BY LOCAL GUESTS. 4)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $250 fine per person if detected. 5)Please remove shoes 6)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). i) We use smart home technology to improve your experience. Minut is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is privacy compliant and is required on this property If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately, and with additional fines. Additionally: Tampering with Security Devices - Any attempt to block, disable, or interfere with our exterior cameras or noise monitoring devices will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking. These measures are in place to ensure the safety and security of all guests and the property. 7)You must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file. 8)We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. Gabriel's place was awesome! We were concerned after reading the comments on the parking. Parking was simple. Spoke with a neighbor while we were unloading. She told us the streets parallel to the house were resident parking but the streets perpendicular were open. We went to the end of the street, took a right and found an open spot. Stayed there all weekend. We walked or used Uber whenever we ventured out. Fishtown is a great area with numerous places to eat and drink. Felt very safe walking around at night. Going into the city was only a $10 - $15 Uber ride. Gabriel's house had everything we needed. It is short walk from the main strip so you don't have to deal with the nightlife noise. The modern touches in the bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. Loved having the private patio to enjoy a morning coffee and an evening cocktail. Cant wait to come back. Thanks for the stay.

My family and I had a great stay at Gabriel’s place! The location was perfect and we were able to find parking every day. Bed was comfortable and we loved having access to a baby gate and other baby/toddler items. Gabriel was very responsive, friendly and helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Really one of the most outstanding hosts I've had on Airbnb, period. Very responsive and always helpful and friendly to any inquiries I made during our stay. The location of this place is great. It's very walkable. There are tons of cafes, restaurants, markets, and it's also close to public transportation.

This is a nice place and although I don’t have little kids, I wouldn’t recommend it for people with little ones. The stairs are very steep and the handrail for the first set of stairs isn’t quite long enough so you actually have to reach for the railing before you head down the stairs. The main bedroom appeared to have no air flowing through it so it was warm to sleep at night. While the bathrooms were nice, the en-suite bathroom wasn’t very functional in my opinion. It has dual sinks but you couldn’t really use the furthest sink as the toilet was right in front of it. It was also a bit of a hassle to get in and out of the tub as the toilet is between the sinks and tub. Again, very nice, but very tight. Overall, I’d give this place 4.5 out of 5 stars. The hosts were very communicative.
